The first letters went out in January to bring awareness and give adequate time to plan to take care of violations. The following items need to be taken care of before May 1st, 2024.● Pressure washing all sides of the home, and fences.● Flowerbeds rid of any weeds, debris, dead vegetation, and overgrowth.● All grass needs to be cut and edged around curbs, driveways, sidewalks, homes, and gutters.● All fences need to be fixed and in working order.● All mailboxes need to be in the approved style per the documents. All posts for the mailboxes MUST be painted white with numbers for the home legible. (If you have taken down your shutters for any reason, you must submit an ARB application through the Association Manager, which will be sent to the board for approval)● All missing shutters must be fixed or replaced. Most of the shutters can be replaced free by contacting the association manager and obtaining the information.
