Mansfield Farms is a 141 home community nestled in the heart of North Suffolk. Established in 2004 this community is conveniently located off of Nansemond Parkway surrounded by area schools, and nearby shops. This quiet and peaceful neighborhood has spacious homes and lot sizes for families of all sizes to live and grow. Mansfield Farms, is committed to providing a safe and clean environment to all its current and future residents.

Pavilion Update
We are excited to announce that Drayton & Sons have been contracted to construct our new pavilion and we are currently waiting on permitting. We will keep the community updated during the process once we've gotten the permit. Here's a sneak peak of what our new pavilion should look like upon completion.
