Established in 2004 this community is conveniently located off of Nansemond Parkway surrounded by area schools, and nearby shops. Pavilion Update
Weather has caused some delays the slab was poured but were moving forward and construction of our Pavilion is set to begin Saturday March, 8 (weather permitting). * Some homeowners have expressed concerns about the slab’s size compared to the reference image (shown). This image is only an example of the Pavilion’s design and not an exact representation of its dimensions.
